SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
We offer standard shipping to the United States:
• Standard Shipping: Standard Shipping: 8 to 15 business days. We work with international suppliers to bring you the best prices — thank you for your patience.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50.00 USD.

3. ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at chrisvdm92@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
